RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT"ON GRADING, BITUMINOUS
SURFACING, CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER AND APPURTENANCES THERETO ON

WHEREAS. it is proposed to improve the following Street:
612 South i2 77th Street Lyndale Aveo to Garfield Ave. Grading, Bitiminous Sur-
facing, Concrete Curb
and Gutter and Appurten-
ances thereto

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. That the proposed Grading, Bituminous Surfacing, Concrete Curb and Gutter and
Appurtenances thereto be referred to the City Engineer for study and ghat he be requested
to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary
way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost
of the improvements as recommended.
2. That the improvements listed in this resolution shall hereafter be known as City
Project No. 612.
