NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b_y the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such sidewalk construction in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement of $41,725.00
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements oat the 28th day of
April, 1969, in the Council Chambers of the City 11a11 at 7:00 P.NI. and the Clerk shall
give published notice of such Hearing and improvement as required by Law.
