WHEREAS9 by Resolution Noe 4126D passed by the City Council on the 10th day of
March, 1969. a preliminary report by the City Engineer was so ordred, and
WHEREAS, pursuant Co Resolution No® 4127, passed by the City Council on the 10th
day of March, 1969, the Preliminary Report so ordered was received, and a public hearing
on said improvement was so ordered to be held on the 24th day of March, 19by, and
kTkIEREAS, by Resolution Noo 4131, passed by the City Council on the 24th day of
March, 1969, the City Engineer was so ordered to prepare. plans and specifications fog
grading, paving, concrete curb and gutter and appurtenances thereto for City Project
Noo 586, as outlined in said Resolution Noo 4126, and his presented such plans and
specifications to the Council for approval:
NOW THIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnescst~o
1, That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's File Noa8009
2® That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Manager on the 8th day
of May, 1969, at 11130 A,M® in the Council Chamt~ers of the City Hall and that such
bids will be tabulated and presented to the City Council for award on the 12th day of
May, '19690 -
3a That all bids shall be filed with the City Manager not later than 11e30 AoMe on
the 8th day of May, 1969a
4o That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids on
said imp~°a~vement as required by lawn
