RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR OFF-STREET PARKING
IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION N0. 69-5, CONTRACT N0. 2020.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in Off-
Street Parking Application No. 69-5, Contract No. 2020, is hereby approved subject to and
upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as hereinafter
authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said off-
street parking, bearing Contract No. 2020, be given Cler'k,'s File No. gOp~, , be
laced on file-and that the Manager be authorized to 'sign said contract and the Clerk be
uthorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this City.
3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for performance of the conditions of
said off-street parking contract, in the amount of Ten Thousand Five Hundred ($10,500.00)
Dollars on which Transamerica Insurance Company of California, Los Angeles, California,
appears as surety, is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street parking
lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in accordance with
Ordinance No. 4.05.
