RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTaON

W~IEREAS, it is proposed to impr®ve the following area:
Wept 74th Streets ~ugaont Avenue to Fremont Avenue
Fremont ®vent~~, 73 Street to 74th Street
73~d Street, Emerson Ave~aue to Humboldt Avenue,
by storm sewer construction and appurtenances thereto and to assess all property
benefitted for all or a portio~a of the cost of the impr®vement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE aT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesotae
1. That-the proposed improvement be referred to Orr-Schelen-Mayeron &
Associates, ancv {Consulting Engineers) for study and that they be instructed
to report to the Couaacil with-all convenient speed, advising the Council in
a. preliminary waq, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible, the
area to be assessed, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or
in connection with some other improvement and the'estiaaated cost of the improve-
ment as recommended. .
2m That the storm sewer improvement listed in this resolution shall hereafter
be knowa~ as City Project No. 595.
3. That the cost for preliminary work shall $e paid from the Construction
Fund, such costs to be reimbursed when financing has been accomplished for -the
constructs®n of this project.
