RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF DEPORT ON STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION

Wf~EREASs it is proposed to improve the following area:
West a3rd Street from Upton Avenue to Ponding Area ~1
by storm sewer construction and appurtenances thereto and to assess all property
benefitted for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements
NOW TI~EREFORE, EE IT RESOLVER by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota
la That~the proposed improvement be referred to Orr-~Schelen-Mayeron &
Ass~c~ates,gt~co (Consulting Engineers) for study and that they be instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible, the area to
be assessed, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommendedo
2, That the storm sewer improvement listed in this resolution sha11 hereafter
be known as City Project N®o 596e
3o That the cost for preliminary work shall be paid from the Construction
Fund, such costs to be reimbursed when financing haa'~een accomplished for the
construction of this pro~ecto
