RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT'ON STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION
WEST 74TH STREET FROIK UPTON AVENUE TO WASHBURN AVENUE)
CITY PROJECT NOo 595
WHEREAS, it is proposed to'improve the f®llowing area:
West 74th Street from Utpon Avenue to Washburn Avenue
by storm sewer construction and appurtenances thereto and to assess all groperty
beaaefitted for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ridhfield,
Minnesota:

1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Orr-Schelen-Mayeron &
.Associates, Inca (Ca~nsulting Engineers) for study and that they be instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible, the area to
be assessed, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. That the storm sewer improvement listed in this resolution shall hereafter
be knowci as City Project No. 595.
3. That the cost for preliminary work shall be paid from the Construction
Fund, such costs to be reimbursed when financing has been accomplished for the
constructidn of this project.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 24th day of March,
1969.
