RESOLUTION AUTHORTZING AGREEMENT WITH METROPOLITAN AIRPORTS
COMMISSION FOR THIRD SANITARY SEWER INTERCONNECTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the-City of Richfield as follwws;
1. A proposed agreement entitled "Agreement between City o~ Richfield and
Metropolitan Airports Commission Relating to the Interconnection of Sanitary
Sewers (Agreement No. 3)" providing for the outletting of the sanitary sewers
of the Metropolitan Airport Commission into the Sanitary Sewer System of the
City of Richfield is hereby giv~~:~C,lerk's File No. 7994 and ordered placed
on file.
2. Such agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Manager are
.hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement for and on behalf of
'the City.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 24th day of March,
1969.
