RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC FEEDER LINE ON WEST PROPERTY
LINE OF NICOLLET AVENUE FROM WEST 70TH STREET TO NORTH SERVICE ROAD
OF INTERSTATE 4494.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. A proposed agreement entitled "Utility Agreement" between the City of
Richfield and Northern States Power .Company relating to the construction of an
underground electric feeder line on the West property line of Nicollet Avenue
from West 70th Street to the north service road of Interstate Highwaq 44494 in

the City of Richfield is hereby given Clerk`s File No. 7993 and ordered
placed on file.
2. Such agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Manager are
hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement for and on behalf of
the City.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 24th day of March,
1969.
