WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted on the 10th day of
March, 1969, a report has been prepared with reference to Grading, Concrete Surfacing,

Concrete Curb and Gutter and Appurtenances thereto on 76th Street from Nicollet
Avenue to Portland Avenue and from Sheridan Avenue to Penn Avenue as designated in
Resolution No. 4126 an;d this report was received by the Council on March 10th,
1969, Clerk's File No. 7987
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such street in accordance with
the report and the assessment of all abutting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement of $155,890.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day
of March, 1969, in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 at 7:15 P.M. and the Clerk
shall give published notice of such Hearing and Improvement as required by Law,
Passed by the City Council this 10th day of March, 1969.
