RESOLUTION N0. 4125
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEASONAL LOAD RESTRICTIONS ON CITY STREETS
B;S IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, as follows:
Seasonal load restrictions are hereby adopted, prohibiting the operation of
any vehicles upon any street or highway of the city, if such vehicles have an
axle weight in excess of 4 tons.
1. "Street or Iiighway'° means the entire width between boundary lines of
any roadway, street, highway, alley, or any other place open for the operation
of motor vehicles by the public.
2. Such restrictions shall be for tl~e period from March 20th to May 15th,
1969.
3. The City Administration is authorized and directed to post such load
restrictions as required by the provisions of Section 4.06 of the Ordinance Code
of the City.
4. This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 4.06 of the Ordinance Code
of the City. In addition to the exceptions provided for in said section, such load
restrictions shall not be applicable to school buses and buses operated by the Twin
City Lines, Inc.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 10th day of March,
