RESOLUTION No. 4121
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH BRAUER AND ASSOCIATES,
INC.. FOR PROFESSIONAL PARK PLANNING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit;~ Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. That the proposed agY~eem~nt between Brauer and Associates, Inc., and
the City of Richfield entitl.ec# "Pf~fessional Par1c Planning Services" providing
for the preparation of a study analysis of the existing park system and the
preparation of a comprehensive development recomme ation for further park
development, is hereby given Cl®rli's File No. 79~~ , and ordered to be
placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public
health, safety, convenience, prosperity and general welfare for the City to
enter into such an agreement and such agreement is hereby approved. The Mayor
and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement on
behalf of the City of Richfield.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 10th day of
February 1969.
