BE TT RESOL~)ED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as followss

1. That the proposed geometric layout of the offsstreet parking as contained
inin Off-Street Parking Application Noo 69-1, Contract No. 2013, is hereby approved
subject to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street
parking as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said
off-street parking area, bearing Contract No. 2013, be given Clerk's File Nos 7972 ,
be placed on file and that the City Manager be authorized to sign said contract and'
the Clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this Cityo
3. That the Off-Street Parking Operator®s bond for performance of the conditions
of said off-street parking contract in the amount of Fight Thousand Seven Hundred
($8,700.00) Dollars on which Savings Account Book No® 31241 showing an amount of
$8,761.91 in the First Federal Savings and Loan Association, 110 South 7th Street,
Minneapolis, Minnesota, is hereby accepted in lieu of a Surety Bond.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintena~ace of said off-street
parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance Frith Ordinance Noo 4.05.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this 10th day
of February, 1969.
