RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 1969 ANNUAL STREET IMPROVEMENT AND
OILING PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT N0. 585
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council adopted on the 27th day of January,
1969, fiaced a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of all streets and
alleys in the City of Richfield by penetration oiling, 2" Bituminous Stabilized
Base and by Bituminous Seal Coating, and
WHEREAS, all property owners, whose property is liable to be assessed for
the making of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the Cou~.cil
Hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and the Hearing was
held and the property owners heard thereon, on the 10th day of February, 1969.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota
1. That such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution
No. 4107 adopted on the 13th day of January, 1969.
2. That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improve-
went. He sha11 prepare plans and specifications for the making of this improvement.
