RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS A1VD SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS POR MARCH 6TH, 1969, FOR STORM SEWER
CONSTRUCTION AND APPURTENANCES THERETO.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3949, passed by the City Council on the 25th day of
March, 1968, a Preliminary Report for City Project No. 568 by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron &
Associates, Inc. (Consulting Engineers) was so ordered, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4021, passed lay the City Council on the 26th
day of August, 1968, the Preliminary Report so ordered was received, and a Public
Hearing on said improvement was so ordered to be held on the 14th day of October, 1968,
and
WHEREAS, by Resolution Noa 4067, passed by the Gity Council on the 14th day of
October, 1968, Orr-Schelen Mayeron & Associates, Iatc,was so ordered to prepare plans
and specifications for Storm Sewer Construction for City Pro3ect No. 568 as outlined
in said Resolution No. 3949, and has presented such plans and specifications to the
Council for approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's File No, 7969
2. That sealed bids will be publicly opened lay the City Manager on the 6th day of
March, 1969, at 11:30 A.M. in the Council Chambers and that such bids will be
tabulated and presented to the City Council for award on the 10th day of March,
1969.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Clerk not later than 11:30 A.M. on
the 6th day of March, 1969, and that said bids will be opened and read aloud
at that timeo
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorised and directed to advertise for bids on
said improvement as required by Law.
