RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION BY CITY FOR
CONVEYANCE OF TAX-FORFEITED LAND
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient for the
public health, safety, convenience, prosperity and general
welfare to acquire for park purposes the following described property in
the City of Richfield, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:

North 50 feet of South 100 feet of North 1 acres of East
1/8 of NW ~ of NE ~, except road except Highway. Parcel
2820, Plat 44827. S. 27, T. 28, R. 24.
2. Such land being tax-forfeited land, the Mayor and Manager are
hereby authorized and directed to make application to the State
of Minnesota, Department of Taxation, and to the County of Hennepin, for
the transfer of such tax-forfeited property to the City of Richfield for
park purposes pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section
282.01.
