RESOLUTION NO. 4090
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH METROPOLITAN AIRPORTS
COMMISSION FOR SECOND SANITARY SEWER INTERCONNECTION.
HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. A proposed agreement entitled "Agreement between City of Richfield and
Metropolitan Airports Commission Relating to the Second Interconnection of
Sanitary Sewers" providing for the outletting of the sanitary sewers of the Met-
ropolitan Airports Commission into the Sanitary Sewer System of the City of
Richfield is hereby given Clerk's File No.
file.

2. Such agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor and Acting City Manager

are hereby autrorized and directed to execute such agreement for and on behalf
of the City.
