OF SURETY BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING

Use: Addition to Huilding
WHEREAS, Mr. Thomas Allstop, owner of the Clinton Press, 1524 East 66th Street,
Richfield, Minnesota, had an:Off-Street Parking Agreement witty the City ®f Richfield
relating to 1524 East 66th Street, which contract bears the designati®n of Coaat~°act
No. 1058, and which Contract was guaranteed by Savings Deposit No. 1025 in the S t
State Bank, Richfield, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Thomas A1lstop has complied with the provisions of said agreement
and there appears to be no justification for requiring him to co~ntin~e to provide
security on the performance of said Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~~ by the City Council ®f the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota, as follows:
That the Ci.t~ Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the above
described Savings Deposit No. 1025 to Mr. Thomas A1lstop.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 28th day of Oct®ber,
1968.
