RESOLUTI:Q~ RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF®STREET PARIZINO

WHEREAS, Mro Button Rutman, 6412 Lyndale Avenge S®uth, had an Off-Street Parking
Agreement with the-City of Richfield relating to 6412 Lyndale Avenue S®uth, which
' contract bears the designation of Contract Noa 1006, and which c®ntract was guaranteed
by a bond of the Continental Insurance Company, New York, New York, in the amount of
$1,000o00,and,
WHEREAS, Mre Burton Rutman,, has complied with the provisions of said agreement
and the Continental Insurance Company now seeks to be relieved of any further obliga®
tion under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no 3ustification for requiring the C®ntinental In-
surance Company .to continue to provide a bond for sec~nrity ®n the perfonce of said
agreement,
NOW°THEREFORE, $E IT ,RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota, as i~ollows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and direoted to release the Continental
Insurance Company for any and all acts of Mro Burt®n Rutman, c®m~itted ®r incurred
~.n violation of said Contract Noo 1006, on and after the-28th day ®f Oct®ber, 1968,
