~tESOLUTION RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SUBURB~I
HENNEPIN COUNTSC NURSING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 1.~n5o08 and 145012, pr®visi®ra
has been wade for a public health nursing district in that p®rtion of li~nnepin
County outside the City of Minneapolis, seed
WHEREAS, pursuant to such authority such a public health nursing district has
been organized and has been in operation for several years, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to c®ntinue the operation of such nursing
district and to provide it with adequate funds for its proper operationm
NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
that this political subdivision continue to be included in the public health nursing.

in the benefits thereof; and that it agrees to support on an apportionment basis its
pro rata share of the cost of flee administration of such district provided, h®wever,
that for the period January l., x.969 through December ~I, I969, this cost shall not
exceed $.295 per capita on the basis of the official 1965 Federal Censaxso
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this t'e~olution shell be deemed an agreement to
continue to participate in such nursing district on the bads hereinbefore specified
with all other political subdivisions adopting similar resolutions.
