RESOL~ITION ESTAELISIIibNC COMPENSATION
OF ACTING CITY M~lTAGER
WHEREAS, Leo Jo Jo~,ly is currently serving in the p®sition of Acting
M~.nager of the City of Richfield and is discharging the duties of Manager on
a temporary interim basis, and
WHEREAS, his regular P®sition is as Director ®f Public Works of the
city, and
WHEREAS, the interim during which he is serving as Acting Manager is of
somewhat longer duration than periods of dime in which the Acting Manager
normally performs in such capacity;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The compensation of Leo J. Jolly as Acting City Manager is established
at the rate of $1,125.00 per month for the period October 1, 1968 to December 1,
1968.
2. This salary shall be in lieu of his salary as Director of Public Works
and upon the assumption of his duties by the City Manager on or about December 1,
1968, the salary of Leo J. Jolly shall return to that established for the position
of Director of Public Works.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 14th day of October,
1968.
