BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
WAYNE S. BUR.GGRAAFF is hereby appointed to the position of City
Manager of the City of Richfield, effective December 1, 1968, at a
starting annual salary of $17,500.00.
