BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 68-29, Contract No. 1098, is hereby approved sub3ect
to and up®n completion of performance of the contract for sucks off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed Off-Street Parking Contract for the improvement of said Off-
Street Parking, bearing Contract No. 1098, be given Clerk's File No. , be
placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract and the Clerk be
authorized to seal the game for and on behalf of this City.
3. That the Off-Street Parking Operator's Bond for performance of the conditions
of said Off-Street Parking Contract, in the amount of Eight~oHundred ($800.00) Dollars
on which the Allied Mutual Insurance Company, Des Moines,-Iowa, appears as Surety, is
hereby approved.
_ 4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off-Street
Parking Lot sha11 remain the responsibility of the Off-Street Parking Lot Operator in
accordance with Ordinance No. 4.0~.
