BE IT RESOLVED by'the City Cecil of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,.as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Applieat3.on No. 68-26, Contract No, 1092, is hereby approved aub~.ect
to and upon completion of perforu~ance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. 'That the proposed Off-Street Parking Contract for the improvement_of said Off-
Street Parking, bearing Contract No. 1092, be given Clerk°s File No.
be placed on file"and that the Imager be authorized to sign said Contract and the Clerk
be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this City.
3. That the Off-Street Parking Operat®r's Bond f®r performance of the conditions
of said Off-Street Parking Contract, in the amount of Five Thousand ~'wo Hundred Dollars
x$5,200.00) on which the Great American Insurance Company, New York, New York, appears
as Surety,'ia hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and Yuaintenance of said off=street

parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off-Street Parking ~.ot Operator in
accordance with Ordinance No® 4.05®
