~I~AS, Resolution Nom 3079 provided for the sale of X7.,700,000 General
Obligation Bonds of 1963 and lev~.ed taaxes for the repayment
thereof, and

levies to the extent that such reduction is poss7.b~ by reason
of transfers from the Water Utility Fund,, and
WHFJR~AS, Such transfers shall be charged to the ~nIater Utility Funds
NOW TF~EFORp, BF1 IT R~OLVED by the city council of the City of
Richfield,: Minnesota, as follows
1. The transfer and appropriation of $131,x.00 from the
T~'ater Utility Fund to the General. Obligation ~S'ater
Bonds of 1963 Fund is hereby authorized and directedo
2. The 1968 ad valorem tax le in said Resolution Noe
3079 in the amotnnt of $131,00, collectible in 19699
levied to pay principal and irtsrest obligations of
the General Obligation Tniater Bonds of 1963 Fund is
hereby cance7ledm
3o A copy of this resolution shall be sent to the County
Auditortr
