RE50LUTION AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF CF~RTAIN AD
VATAREM TAX LH°UIF~
WHE~;AS, Resolution No. 1994 provided for taxes to be levied fvr the
repayment of principal and interest on the Improvement Bonds
of 1959, and
WAS, It appears desirable to cancel or reduce suc&~ ad valorem
tax levy to be levied in 1968 by reason that there are current
l~ sufficient funds available in the debt redemption fund to
pay the principal and interest on the above bonds in 1968,
NOW THERF~ORF7, BF1 TT RE50LVED by the council of the City of Richfield
that
1. The amount to be levied in 1968 collectible in lg6g on
Resolution No. 1994 in the amount of $3,477 be cancelled.
2. A copy of this resolution shall be sent to the County
Auditor.
