RESOLUTION AUTHORTZTNG CANCE'LT~IPION OF CERTAIN AD

WHF~REAS, R~solutivn No. 1080 provided for taxes to be levied for the
repagment of principal and interest on the Improvement Bonds
of ].956, Series t~, and
~JRF,rAS, It appears desirable to cancel or reduce such ad valorem
tax levy to be levied in 1968 by reason that there are currently
sufficient funds available in the debt redemption fund to pay
the 'principal and interest on the above bonds in 3.969®
NOW TH~RE'FORF, B~ IT RESOLV.~D by the council of the Gity of Richfield,
1. That the $n vent to be levied in 1968 collectible 3n
1969. on Resolution No. 1080 in the amount of $3,015 be
caincelled.
2. A copy of th3.s resglution shall be sent to the County
auditor.
