RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM THFJ DF.~BT S~RVICk~ FUND
TO I~11'ROV~i~TT BONDS OF 1951 FUND AND RFJDUCING CERTAIN AD

WH , A resolution dated August 1, 1951. provided for the sale of
,OOO Improvem®nt Bonds of 1951 and levied taaces for th®
repayment thereof, and
WH~R~YAS, zt appears desirable to cancel or reduce such ad valorem
tax levies to the extent that such reduction is possible by
reason of transfers from the Debt Service Fund, and
'WHE~9AS, The Debt Service Fund has surplus monies available for.
this purpose.
NOW THr,REFORFJ BF1 IT RF}SOLVED by the city council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as followed
1. The transfer and appropriation of $200 from the Debt
Service Fund to the Improvement Bonds of 1951 Fund is
hereby authorized and directed.
2. The 1968 ad valorem tax levy in said resolution dated
August 1, 1951 in the anount of X200 is hereby cancel]e do
