RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON CITY PROJECT N0. 561
BE IT RESOLVED by the> city council of the City of Richfield, Hennepin County's
Minnesota, as followss
1. That the pity clerk has, with the assistance pf the city er~.neer~ ~al~u~ated.

No. 561 against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land speg3,a~ly benef~.ted
thereby in accordance with the provisions of law, and the propQSed a;s~sessmen~ so
~,de a~.p was filed with the city clerk for more than 15 .days prior to the aesesement-
hearing and was open to public inspection during said period.
2. That notice has been duly published and a public hearia~g heretofore duly he~.d.
as required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the proposed assess-
went.
3, That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their
objections, if any to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof 'at ~ai:d
public hearing.
4. That the city council has heretofore duly established City Project No. 56~:
and after carefully considering all the facts, 'the benefits to each lot, p~.ec,~- or
parcel of land and fully advising itself in the premises, has found and dete~.ned
and hereby declares that each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land included :ix~
said proposed assessment roll was improved by reason of .the construction of paid;
City Projeot No. 561 and has been and is specially benefited in the amo~t ~et.ciut
iri said proposed assessment roll opposite es,ch such lot, piece or parpe~ of.land.
5. The proposed total assessment in the amount of ~2700gG8 ~,s hereby affirmed,
adopted and confirmed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are
affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for eiach of said
lots, pieces, or parcels of land respectively, and said amount so set out is k~ereby
levied against each of the respective lots; pieces, or parcels oi' land ~here~.n, deeoribed.
6. Said assessment is hereby affirmed, adopted, confirmed anal shall b.e cert~£ied by
the city clerk and filed in his office, and shall thereupon be ~,nd oonsti~ut® the'
special assessment for said storm sewer construction, City Project Nof ~~~.-
7. The assessment with accruing interest, shall be a lien uppn the property ~,nclud~d.
therein, concurrent with general taxes, and shall be payable in equal annual install-
ments extending over a period of 20 years. The first installment shah. be payble on .,
the first Monday in January of 1969. All assessments shall bear..intexest at the rite
of 6J per annum. To the first installment shall be added interest cn the entire
assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31,, 1969, to each subsea
quent installment shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid ~:n9tala.ments.
A11 assessments and interest thereon shall be collected and paid-over in.thc~ sate
mannex as other municipal taxes.
