October9 1968 in the council chambers of the City
Hall at 7s15 P,Mo to pass upon such proposed suppl®®
mental assessment and at such time and plane all
persons owning property affected by such improvement
will be.given an opportunity to be heard with x~fer®
ence to such improv®mentP
20 Th® city cl®rk is hereby directed to c sus®a notice of
the hearing on the proposed assessment to b® published
in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to
the hearings and he shall state in the notice the total
additional assessment of the improvement in the amount
