BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
followss
to That the proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. b8-5, Contract ido. 1086, is hereby approved subject
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such oft-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed Off-Street Parking Contract fox the improvement o£ said
Off-S+~reet Parking, bearing Contract No. 1086, be given Clerk's File No. 79~ 0~,

be .placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract anti the C~.erk
be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this City.
3. T1-at the Off-Street Parking Operator's Bond for performanee of tli~ condi~ioass caf
said Off-Street Parking Contract, in the amount of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars on
which the Fidelity and Deposit Company of Aaryland, Baltimore, Maryland, appears as
Surety, is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said 0£f-Street
Parking L:ot shall remain the responsibility of the Off-Street Parking Lot Operator in
accordance with Ordinance i1o. 4.050
