subject to and upon ce~mpletion pf performance of tY~e .contraFt for such o#f-efireet
parking as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed Off-Street Parking Cont;act for the ~-~rovement of: s'a~:d
Off-Street Parking, bearing Contract No. 1085, be g3,ven Cler~C's File;No. 7902 ,

3. That the.Off-Street Parking Operator's Bond for performance of the egn~iitiQ~t~

Parking Lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off-5tre.et Parking Lod Operator iu
accordance with Ordinance No. 4.05.
