RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR OFF-STREET PARKING
IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION NO 6&-~2~::., CONTRACT N0. 1084.

BE LT RESOLVED by tt~e City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows
1. That the proposed geometric 1ayo~at of the off-street parking as contained in
tree Off-Street Parking Application No. 68-21, Contract No. 1084, is hereby approved sub-
sect to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-stret parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed Off-Street Parking Contract for the improvement of said Off-

Street Parking, bearing Contract No. 1084, be placed on file and that the Manager be auth-
orized to seal the same for and on behalf of this City.
3. That the Off-Street Parking Operator's Bond for performance of the conditions
of said Off-Street Parking Contract, in the amount of Eight Thousand Nine Hundred
($8,900.00) and 00/100 on which The Continental Insurance Company, New York, New York,
appears as Surety,is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off-Street
Parking Lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off-Street Parking Lot Operator in
accordance with Ordinance No. 4.05.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, this 9th day .of September,
1968.
