BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That it is hereby determined that the bid of Sigmund Te~tol.d, 1Q741:Beazd ;Avg..:
South, Bloomington, is the lowest bid by a responsible biddex for the co~t~cuction of
City Project Nos. 569A and 569C.
2. That the bid of Sigmund Tenold for the construction of the above referengsd
pro~ects,on a unit price basis at the price contained in their proposal of Augu$t~1.9th,
1968, with an estimated construction ~cc~s•t o~f' $~0",041.27, i:s hereby accepted,
3. That the proposed contract between Sigmund Tenold and-the City pf R~.chfield
be given Clerk's File No. 7902 - and be placed on-file. -That said prapgsed
contract for the construction of said City Projects is hereby approved and adopted ~d
the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and dixected•to execute said cc-ntract.fq~
and on behalf of the City of Richfield and the City Clerk is authorized and directed
to affix the City seal thereto.
4. That payments to be made under the terms of said contract shall be charg,~d
against the Construction Fund.
5. That the Corporate Surety Bond in the sum of the eatim&ted con~rac.t price
which accompanies said proposed contract is hereby accepted and appxoved.
6. That the Clerk is authorized. and directed to return the security doeu~nents to
the uns~uceessful bidders upon the execution of said proposed contract.
