RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION ~~4012 CALLING HEARING ON
CITY PROJECT N0. 557
WHEREAS, by Resolu.Lion No~ 4012 passed by the council on the 12th day of
C~~d~ust, 1968, the city cllerk was directed to advertise a Y~:~aring on the proposed
a~essment for storm sewer construction, City Pro,~ect~ Na. 557, and
WHEREAS, said notice of hearing was inadvertently ~>?t~tted from publication
~.n the newspaper.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by th,e City Coµn.cil of the City of Richfield,
as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 23rd day of September, 1968,
in the council chambers of the Richfield City Hall at 7:1~ P.M. to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place aXi
persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given
an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in~the
notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$17,811.41.
