RESOLUTION AN~NbING RESOLUTION ~~4010 CALLING HEARING ON
CITY PROJECT NO. 561
WHEREAS, by Resc~~!ution Noo 4010 passed by the Council on the 12th day
tti~, August, 195, the C~.L~y Clerk was directed to advertise a hearing on the
~s~foposed assessment f®?~ stox'm sewer construction, City Pzrea~ect No. 561, and
WHEREASa said not~.c~: of hearing was inadvertently omitted from publ3catioa~
in the newspaper.
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the City.Council ®f the City of Richfield
as followso
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 23rd day of September, 168,
in the council chambers of the Richfield City Hall at 7:15 P.M. to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at sucta time and p1acQ all
persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given
an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published i~a the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shah State in tl~e
notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in tl~e amount
of $27O0.OS.
