RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION ~1~4008 CALLING HEARING ON
CITY PROJECT IQO. 547
WHEP.EAS, by Resolution No. 4008 passed by the council on 12th day ,of
F~~ust, 1968, the City Clerk was directed to advertise a kaearing on the proposed
assessment for curb and gutter construction, City Project No. 547, and
WHEREAS, said notice of hearing was inadvertently ~s~itted from publication
in the newspaper.
NOW THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLiTED by the City Council. of the City of Richfield,
as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 23rd day of September,~1968,.in
the council chambers of the Richfield City Ha11 at 7:15 ,P .M to pass '
upon such proposed assessment and at~such time and place all persgna
owning property affected by such improvement will`be given an opportun3,ty
to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing ,vn
the proposed assessment to be published in the~official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice
the total assessable cost of the improvement in t~~,amount of $4,789.71.
