RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPItIATION5
FROM THE 1968 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO HUMAN RIGHTS
COMMLSSTON ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the council established in ],968 a Human Rights Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Human Rights Commission wag established after the 1968 budget
had been. determined: and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that $1,250 will be necessary for the
operation of the Human Rights Commission in 1968;.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.by the City Council of the City o~ Richfield
as follows:
1. That an amount of $500 be transferred from the Contingency A.pprQpri-
ation account to the Human Rights Commission Salary AFCOUnt.
2. That an amount of $750 be transferred from the Contingency ~ippropri-
ation account to the Human Rights Commission current expense account.
3. That the manager and director of finance. bring into effect the pro-
visions of this resolution.
