WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3969, passed by the Council on the 27th day. of Mays
19689 a preliminary report for City Project No. 569B was sw ordered, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3990, passed by the Council. gm tha-22nddey
of ,duly, 1968, the preliminary report so ordered was recel.ved hnd a Public Hearing
on said improvement was so ordered to be held on the-12th day of August,. 1968, axed
WHEREAS, by Resolution Na. 4002 passed by the Council on the 12th day o~ qugust,
1968, the City Engineer was so ordered to prepare plans and specificatiox-a for Conare~e
Sidewalk Construction, as outlined in said Resolution. No. 39.69 at~d has prasen~sd st~~ch.
plans and specifications to the Council for approval.
IJOW THEREFORE, BE I~ RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o#' Richfield, ~r}n~
esota:
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Glerlc's Bile No,7875 .
2. That sealed bids wi11 be publicly-opened by the City. Manager o~i the-16~h
day of September, 1968, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and that
such bids will be tabulated and presented to the City Council ~Qr award Qn
the 23rd day of September, 1968.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Manager n4 layer thin 11:30 ~A.M.
on the 16th day of September, 1968.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and direcbed to adve~t~.ss for b~:ds
on said improvement as required by law. -
