(2) Emerson Avenue from 63rd Street to Emerson Avenue
(3) Alley from 63rd Street to Mildred Drive between
Emerson Avenue and Dupont Avenue
(4) A11ey from 64th Street North to Highway 35W R/W
line and between East R/W line Highway 35W and
Emerson Avenue .,
WHEREAS9 a petition of the owners of the real property abutting upono
(1) Wo 63rd Street from Dupont Avenue to Emerson Avenue
(2~ Emerson Avenue from 63rd Street to Mildred Drive
(3) Alley from 63rd Street to Mildred Drive between
Emerson Avenue and Dupont Avenue
(4) Alley from 64th Street North to Highwy 35W R/W
line and between East R/W line Highway 35W and
Emerson Avenue

all in Block 2, Ray's Lynnhurst Addition, and Block 58 Ray°s Lynnhurst Second
Addition, Section 289 Township 289 Range 249 according to tie map or plat
thereof on file in the office of the Registrar of Deeds in and for said
County and State9 has been duly filed with the City Council and published
notice of hearing on the vacation of said streets and alleys was given as
required 'by law9 and this City Council has met at the time and place speci-
fie~1 and has heard all interested parties and it appears in the public interest
that said streets and alleys be vacatede
NOW THEREEORE9 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield9
Hennepin County9 Minnesota9 that (1) West 63rd Street from Dupont Avenue to
Emerson (2) Emerson Avenue from 63rd Street to Mildred Drive9 (3) A11ey from
63rd Street to Mildred Drive between Emerson Avenue and Dupont Avenue and the
(4) Alley from 64th Street North to Highway 35W R/W line and Emerson Avenue,
all in Block 2, Ray's Lynnhurst Addition, and Block 59 Ray°s Lynnhurst Second
Addition9 Section 289 Township 289 Range 24, according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Deeds in and for said
County .and State, as the same is now dedic€~ted and laid out within the Corporate
limits of the City of Richfield9 be and is hereby vacated,
