WHI~RFrAS, by Resolution Nom 1013 passed by the council on the 12th day of
August, 1968, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
roll of the cost of sidewalk construction, City Project Noo- 550-Be
WIiLREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspections

1® A.. public hearing shall be held on the 23rd day of September, 1968, in
the council chambers of the Richfield City Hall. at 7:15 o'clock P.Me
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all
persons owning property affected by such improvem®nt will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvemento
20 The city clerk is hereby directed to c suss a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to b e published in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the
notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$250®89®
