NOW TORE', BFI IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield as
followsa
is That the cost of sidewalk construction to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $250e8q, and therefore this sum will be assessed against
property benefited thereby..
2s That said assessments shall run for a period of five ye ars.•
3o The city clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially
assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel
of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and
he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public
inspections
~• The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed assess-
ments
