FdRS, by Resolution No.~Oll passed by the council, on the 12th .day of
~aigust, 1968, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assese-
m~~nt roll of the cost of City Project No. 557, and
~~FJRr1~,5, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
r~ant has been completed and filed ian his office for public inspection.

Minnesota, as follows
l.. ~ public hearing sh all be held on the 9th day of S®ptember,
1968, in the counc3.1 chambers of the Richfield City Hall. at
715 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given az opportunity to be heard with
reference to such improv®ment:
20 The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published in th®
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing,
and he shall stag ixi the notice the total assessable cost
of the improvement ixi the amount of $].7,811.l~1.
