WHg+REAS, by Resolution No. 1009 passed by the council on the 12th day of
August, 19689 the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
ro11 of the cost of City Pro3ect No. 561, and
~JF~EIRE~S9 the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in his office for public ins~ction.
NOW THE~R.NJF'Ol~, BFl IT RFdSOLVF~D by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as followsa
to A~public hearing shall be held on the qth day of September,
1968, in the council chambers of the Richfield City Hall at
7s15rP.Mo to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published in the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing,
and he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost
of the improvement in the amount of X2700.08 e
