la That the cost of storm sewer construction, City Pro3ect No.
561 in the aforementioned area; to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be $2700.08 and therefore this sum will

2. The city clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against ever~r
assessable lots piese9 or parcel of land affected without
regard to cash valuation9 as provided by law9 and he shall:.
file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for
public inspection.
3e The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
