Ta1HEJRIIAS, by Resolution Nos 4007 pass®d by the council on the 12th day of
august, 1968, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
ment roll of the cost of curb and gutter construction, City Pro3ect Noe
5479 and
WH~RF~ASa the cityclerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has beern completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOTnt THFyREFORE°, BEJ IT RFISOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows
1. a public hearing sha11 be held on the 9th day of September,
1968, in the council chambers of the Richfield City Ha71 at
7015 PaM. to pass upon such proposed assessm®nt and at such
time and place all. persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such improvements
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to c suss a notic® of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published in the of-
ficial newspaper at least two weeks prior to' the hearing, and
he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the
improv®ment in the arr--ount of $4,789.71.
