NOW TH'ORFJ, BE IT RF,450LVED by the city council. of the City of Richfield
as follows@
1. That the -cost of sorb and gutter on 76th Street from Garfield
Ave. to Nicollet Av®. to be specially assessed is hereby de-
clared to be at least 20~ of total cost ox~ ~G.,789®71, and
therefore this sum will be assessed against privately owned
property benefited thereby.
20 That said assessment shall run for a period of ten years.
3. The city clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
b® assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot,
= pieces or paxcel of ltd affected without regard to cash valua-
tions as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such pro-
posed assessment in his offiee for public 3nspecoon.
1~. The clerk shall notify the council upon c onpletion of such pro-
posed assessment.
