1a That the city clerk has, with the assistance of the pity engineer, calculated the
proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of City Project Nos 5l~8, consisting
of the Annual Street improvement and Oiling Program for the year 1967, against every
assessable lot, piece; and parcel of land specially benefit~,ed thereby in accordance with
the provisions of lawe and the proposed assessment so made up was filed with the city
clerk for more than 15 days prior to the assessment hearing and was open to public in-
spebtion at all times during said periods
2fl That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held as
required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the proposed assessments
3o That an opportunity his been given to a7.1 interested persons to present their ob-
jectionse if any to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at paid public hear-
ingo
~., That the city council has heretofore duly established City Project Noo 518 anal after
carefully considering all tYie facts, the benefits to each lot, piece, or parcel of land,
and fu11y advising itself in the premises, has found and determined and hereby declares
that each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land included in said proposed assessment
roll was. improved by reason of the construction of said City Project Noo 5118 and has been
d is specially benefited in~ the amount set out in said proposed assessment ro1T
pposit~ each such lote piece, or parcel of Lando
5o The proposed total, assessment in the aanount of $'1.17, 083e~.3 is hereby affirmed,
adopted, and confirmed, and the sums fix®d and nem~ed in said proposed assessment are
affirmed, adopted, and confirmed. as the proper special assessment for each of said lots,
pieces, or parcels of land respectively, and said amount s.o set out~is hereby levied
against each of the respective-lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein describedq

?o The amount assessed against each lot, piece, or parcel of land shall bear interest
from the date hereof until the same has been paid at the-rate of 0~ per annumo

day of January to be toll®cted with taxes collectible during the said year by the County
Auditors
