WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council, adopted. on the 8th day of July, 1,968,
fixed a date for a Hearing on the proposed improvement of:

WHEREAS, all property owners, whose property is liable to be assessed for the making.
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of the. Council Hearing thx'ough
two weekly publications of the required notice, and the Hearing was held and the property
owners heard therepn on 12th day of August, 1968 .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota:.
1. That such pro3ect is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution No.
3969~adopted on the 27th day of May, 1968.
2. That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer fox this ~,mprov~ment.
