RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCI~ASE OF LOT A,WOCDDALE
~~ ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary-and expedient Co the public
health, safety, convenience, prosperity and general-welfare to acquire, for park
and other municipal purposes, Lot A, Wooddale Addition, such property being located
on the west side of Lyndale l~venue ad3acent to Wood Lake.
2. The proposed purchase agreement providing for the purchase of such property
3. The Mayor and Acting Manager are hereby authorized and. directed to enter
by the City of Richfield is hereby found to be a reasonable agreement, is hereby

into such agreement for and on behalf of the City of Richfield, and the Acting Manager
and his staff are hereby authorized and directed to take such atl~er and further action
as is necessary to effect such purchase in accorc}ance with such purchase agreement.
4. All $ums payable pursuant to such agreement as the purchase price for such
property or in payment of unpaid special assessments levied against such property
shall be palid out of the Construction Account of the Special Revenue Fund.
